DIVISIONS:
GOLD - Select teams. Recreational teams may choose to play in Gold division.
SILVER- Recreational teams that have not been formed through a selection process or hand picked. Select teams may not play in Silver division.
No WYS State League, PSPL Super League or PDL teams will be accepted for this tournament.
**UPDATED: US Club Soccer Championship Division or COPA League, Select, as well as Recreation teams MAY participate.
Washington State Teams Only
No out of State teams with the exception of those participating in WYS District 6 league or US Club (WA) Championship or Copa league.
*If the minimum number of teams in each age bracket is not met, your team may be moved up one age group.
FEE: U-10 -- $250.00 FEE: U-11 and up -- $425.00

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: SEPT.13, 2010.
Refunds will be granted at 90% until 9/13.
NO refunds will be given after 9/13.
Late registrations will ONLY be considered on a per team, per bracket basis.
A $25 late fee will be attached for all late registrations, if accepted.
ANY SCHEDULING REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THIS APPLICATION –
ALL ATTEMPTS WILL BE MADE TO HONOR THE REQUEST, BUT IT IS NOT
GUARANTEED.
