 The Wenatchee Fire FC is always taking coaching applications for Select /Premier teams.

If you are interested in coaching at this level, please complete the attached application and mail it in to the address listed below.  If you have questions, please contact a board member.

 All coaches, asst. coaches, managers, people handling team funds and people providing medical help to players must be registered through the state with a RMA (Risk Management Number).  Please follow the link above to register online.

AUTHORIZATION TO TREAT A MINOR FORM

Please download the form above and use when transporting a player to a game/tournament where the player won't have a parent or guardian present.

In case of a medical emergency, this form allows the parent/guardian to authorize someone besides themselves to provide medical care to their child in their absence.
